Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of Barrett Domain for Other Land
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Barrett Domain described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—TARANAKI COUNTY
PART BARRETT DOMAIN
Part Lot 1, D.P. 9920 (formerly part Lots 3 and 5, D.P. 6647), being part Sections 38 and 372, Grey District, situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District; area, 11 acres and 3 perches, more or less. As shown on plan labelled L. and S. 11/230 deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
Part certificates of title, Volume 166, folio 28, and Volume 168, folio 5.
SECOND SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—TARANAKI COUNTY
Lot 2, D.P. 9020, being Section 896 and part Reserve C, Grey District, situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District; area, 11 acres 2 roods 17.8 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume A. 3, folio 588.

Acquisition of Land as Part of the Fairfield Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, as an addition to the Fairfield Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Election of Growers Representatives to the Tobacco Board
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Tobacco Growing Industry Act 1955, the Tobacco Growing Industry Amendment Act 1957, and the Tobacco Board Election Regulations 1952, regulation 14, I hereby give public notice that, there being only two nominations, I declare Gerald Hamilton Hunt and John Clifford Hurley to be elected to the office of growers’ representatives on the Tobacco Board and to be members of the Board from the 25th day of September 1968.

Granting of Rock Oyster Farming Lease
PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Regulations 1964, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that a lease under the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964 has been granted by the Minister of Marine to:
Donald William Gow
for the purposes of developing an oyster farm for the cultivation of rock oysters on 5 acres of lease land at Puhui Bay, in Whangarei Harbour.

Notification of Lease
PURSUANT to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, notice is hereby given that Murray Wheatley Greenwood and Alexander Gordon Smart, in partnership, and both of Auckland, have been granted by the Minister of Marine the lease of 10 acres of sea bed (lease No. 53) in Waikare Inlet, in Bay of Islands, for the cultivation of rock oysters.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested by the Minister of Industries and Commerce to undertake inquiries in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967 concerning the following goods:
(1) Industrial Soft-faced Hammers, falling within Tariff item 82.04.01. Date of reference, 4 September 1968.
(2) Audiometers, falling within Tariff item 90.17.10. Date of reference, 9 September 1968.

Revocation of Notices Declaring Infected Areas Under Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 10299)
PURSUANT to regulation 7 of the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, the notice No. Ag. 9061 of the 8th day of September 1966 and the notice No. Ag. 9063 of the 9th day of September 1966, declaring the land described in those notices as infected areas, are hereby revoked.
