Notice of Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that he approves the Takapuna City Council Bylaw No. 6 Amendment No. 2 made by Takapuna City Council at a special meeting on 16 July 1968 and confirmed on 20 August 1968.

Approval of Akaroa Harbour and Foreshore Bylaw 1968
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Marine approves, pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, the Akaroa Harbour and Foreshore Bylaw 1968, made by Akaroa County Council at a special meeting on the 31st day of May 1968.

Alteration to the General Scale of Charges upon the New Zealand Government Railways
GENERAL SCALE OF CHARGES
PURSUANT to the Government Railways Act 1949, the Minister of Railways hereby makes the following alterations to the General Scale of Charges, made on the 23rd day of March 1967 and published in the Supplement (dated 17 April 1967) to the New Zealand Gazette of the 13th day of April 1967, in force on the New Zealand Government Railways and hereby declares that such alterations shall come into force on the 16th day of September 1968.

3. Bulk Travel Vouchers—Where bulk travel vouchers are presented for tickets to travel on the special express railcars, mileages to be deducted are to be calculated on the actual mileage plus 15 percent.
30. Restrictions on Travel by Specified Trains
Paragraph 2, subparagraph (b)
Omit this subparagraph and substitute:
(b) Tickets issued under the provisions of the following sections are not available for travel by No. 333 and 666 special express railcar services between Wellington and Auckland for which special fares are provided in section 29, paragraph 1—
