Boundaries of Borough of St. Kilda and City of Dunedin
Defined

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set
out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Borough of
St. Kilda and the City of Dunedin, the boundaries having
previously been altered by Orders in Council, made on 25
March 1963 and published in Gazette, 28 March 1963, No. 19,
p. 406; on 29 April 1963 and published in Gazette, 2 May
1963, No. 26, p. 582; and on 20 May 1968 and published in
Gazette, 23 May 1968, No. 30, p. 872.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF ST. KILDA

ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing 616 acres,
more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in
the middle of Andersons Bay Road in line with the south-
eastern side of Bay View Road and proceeding south-westerly
to and along the south-western side of that road to the north-
western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 3348; then generally south-
easterly along the north-eastern side of Forbury Road and the
production of that side to its intersection with the mean high-
water mark of the South Pacific Ocean; then north-easterly
along that mean high-water mark to a point in line with the
north-eastern boundary of Section 27, Block VII, Otago
Peninsula Survey District; then north-westerly to and along
that boundary to the northernmost corner of Section 27,
aforesaid; then north-westerly along a right line to its
intersection with the production of the north-eastern boundary
of Lot 3, D.P. 3731, on the northern side of Tahuna Road;
then north-westerly to and along the north-eastern boundary
of that lot and its production to the south-eastern side of

ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing 40,920
acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the
easternmost corner of Section 53, Block V, Dunedin and East
Taieri Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly along
the south-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 7092, and
north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of that Lot 1
to the south-western side of Finnerty Road; then generally
south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and
south-eastern sides of Finnerty Road to the south-western
boundary of Section 73, Block V, aforesaid; then south-
easterly along the south-western boundary of that section to
its southernmost corner; then due east to the right bank of
the Water of Leith and generally northerly along that bank
to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 2,
D.P. 5108; then north-westerly to and along that boundary
and north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of that
Lot 2 and Sections 82 and 83, Block V, aforesaid, to the
northernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; then due
east to the generally western boundary of Section 4, Block
VIII, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District; then
generally south-easterly along the generally south-western
boundary of that section to its southernmost corner; then
north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Section
4, aforesaid, and Sections 3 and 1, Block VIII, aforesaid, to
