Licensing Keith Anthony Zuppich to Occupy a Site for a Shop at Rawene in Hokianga Harbour

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Keith Anthony Zuppich (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Rawene, in Hokianga Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 4402 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a shop, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of September 1968.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be 6 dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 20 dollars ($20).

Licensing Francis Oliver John Langton to Occupy a Site for a Store at Rawene in Hokianga Harbour

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Francis Oliver John Langton (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Rawene, in Hokianga Harbour, at the site marked No. 8 as shown on plan marked M.D. 6194 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a store, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Palmerston North City) Notice 1968.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in the Minister Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 and Vesting of the Reserve in the Amuri County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of the control in the Minister having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 of the reserve for water supply purposes described in the Schedule hereto, and vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Amuri, in trust, for the aforementioned purpose.
