A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 9th day of April 1965, to be road.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Te Awamutu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of September 1968.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 12th day of February 1965 and published in Gazette, 25 February 1965, Vol. I, at p. 250, and registered as No. 623576, Wellington Land Registry, proclaiming land as street in the City of Lower Hutt, by deleting, from the Schedule the area of 3 roods 22.53 perches, and substituting the area of 3 roods 24.82 perches.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for East Coast Main Trunk Railway and is not required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
