LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Register 12B/19, for 1 rood 4.9 perches, being Lot 33, Deposited Plan 41003, being part Allotment 38A, District of Tamaki, in the name of Bertram Cornthwaite, formerly of Wellington, now of Auckland, aeronautical engineer, and Joan Dorothy Cornthwaite, his wife, and application A. 304821 having been made for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof.
