EXPLANATORY NOTE—This notice is necessary to give continued effect to the above prices, fixed pursuant to the Milk Act 1967 which comes into force on 1 September 1968, which are the same as the present prices authorised prior to that date, pursuant to the Milk Act 1944.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Nelson Milk Roundsmen’s Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 2131, situated at 242 Trafalgar Street, Nelson will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 13 August 1968, amended the under-mentioned standard specifications by the incorporation of the amendments shown hereunder:
