Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set apart for Public Schools and a Secondary School in the City of Hamilton, and Previous Notice Revoked

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 4th day of July 1968 and published in Gazette, 1 August 1968, No. 48, p. 1286, setting apart Crown land for public schools and a secondary school in the City of Hamilton, and hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for public schools and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for a secondary school, from and after the 2nd day of September 1968.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Hamilton described as follows:

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a public school from and after the 2nd day of September 1968.
