PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of August 1968.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by William John McElroy, by virtue of renewable lease No. F. 209, and recorded in Volume 133, folio 195, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of August 1968.
