Election of Grower Representative on the New Zealand Potato Board
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Potato Growing Industry Act 1950, and under the provisions of the Potato Board Election Regulations 1951, notice is hereby given that the roll of growers in the Central Ward who are entitled to vote for a grower member on the Board will be open for public inspection during ordinary office hours, for a period of 7 days from 21 August 1968, at the head office of the Board, Wellington; at the Board's office, 188 Cashel Street, Christchurch; and at the office of the Central Ward Committee, 8 Armagh Court, 78 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
Nomination forms may be had on application to any of the above offices, or from the Returning Officer, P.O. Box 6376, Wellington.
Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer by not later than noon on 4 September 1968.

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Panama Hotel, Wellington
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee, on 31 July 1968, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Panama Hotel, Wellington, for sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such hotel premises be authorised to open at 9 o'clock in the morning and close at 8 o'clock in the evening, Monday to Saturday inclusive.
