PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and when closed shall be incorporated in the Crown deferred payment licence No. D.P. 164 (NLS) recorded in H.B. Volume 98, folio 145, and subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 151001, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
