Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Public School in the City of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a public school from and after the 19th day of August 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 9 acres and 10 perches, situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being part Lots 27 and 28, D.P. 734, being part Section 78, left bank Wanganui River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22342 (S.O. 27101) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Land Taken and Vested, Land Allocated and Vested and Land Resumed and Vested in Block XIV, Ngautuku Survey District and Blocks III, IV and XIV, Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto is hereby closed and that the road described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in N.Z. Forest Products Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, and that the road described in the said Fourth Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Laurence Alfred Quaife, of Rotorua, contractor; and also hereby takes the land described in the Fifth and Sixth Schedules hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and hereby declares that the land described in the said Sixth Schedule shall, when so taken, vest in the said N.Z. Forest Products Ltd.; and also hereby allocates the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and also hereby resumes the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the land described in the said Seventh and Eighth Schedules shall, when so allocated and resumed, vest in the said N.Z. Forest Products Ltd.
