Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject to Certain Rights

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 5th day of February 1968, subject to the mining rights created by Conveyance 119589 (R. 41/265) and to the agreement as to fencing contained in transfer 395338, South Auckland Land Registry.

All that piece of land containing 2 roods 32.3 perches situated in the Borough of Huntly, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 9787, being part Allotment 39, Parish of Pepepe, excepting all mines, veins, seams, and beds of coal and other mines, minerals and metals within and under the said land. Revoking Part of a Declaration Taking Additional Land and Portion of a Public Reserve for a Secondary School in the City of New Plymouth

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 21st day of April 1965, published in Gazette, 6 May 1965, Volume II, page 627, and registered in the Land Registry Office at New Plymouth as No. 140879, taking additional land and portion of a public reserve for a secondary school in the City of New Plymouth, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All that piece of land containing 11 perches situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Gardner Street closed, and being part of the land in Proclamation 139356; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19125 (S.O. 9663) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
