Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in
Block VI, Ongo Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection 6 of the said
section 29; and declares that the road first, secondly, and
thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and
the land first described in the said Third Schedule, when taken,
shall vest in James Bull, of Hunter ville, farmer, subject to
memoranda of mortgage Nos. 531386, 663072, and 486550, all
Wellington Land Registry; and that the road fourthly and
fifthly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed,
and the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule,
when taken, shall vest in Margaret Jean Bull, of Wanganui,
spinster, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 370432 and
623062, both Wellington Land Registry.
