CORRIGENDUM

IN the Proclamation dated the 17th day of October 1967, and published in Gazette, No. 76, 23 November 1967, page 2114, proclaiming land and an easement over land taken for sewerage treatment works in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, Whakatane County, for the area described in the First Schedule thereto which reads “24 acres 3 roods 2 perches”, read “24 acres 3 roods 4 perches”, which last mentioned description appears in the Proclamation signed by the Governor-General.

Land Taken for an Aerodrome in Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District, Taumarunui County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of February 1968.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in the Borough of Balclutha

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Otago Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of February 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 33.03 perches situated in Block XXXV, Clutha Survey District, being part Lot 11, D.P. 2062, being part Section 6; coloured blue on plan.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21823 (S.O. 15958) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
