IN the matter of Mangere Home Appliances Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), creditors’ winding up, and in the matter of the Companies Act 1955, take notice that, in pursuance of section 291 of the above Act, the final general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Onehunga Orphans Hall, 103 Church Street, Onehunga, on Monday, the 26th day of August 1968, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of the above-named company and of giving any explanation thereof.

NOTE—A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and that proxy need not also be a member of the company.

(in liquidation), notice is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 1st day of August 1968, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up; and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at Construction and Management House, 275 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, on Friday, the 9th day of August 1968, at 11 a.m.
