Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, section 362, and in the matter of the passing of a resolution by the Grand Central Hotel (Hamilton) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 116 Queen Street, Onehunga, for a creditors’ voluntary winding up.

It is hereby resolved by Grand Central Hotel (Hamilton) Ltd., by means of an entry in its minute book on Monday, 28 June 1968, signed by not less than three-quarters of the members having the right to vote in this resolution and holding an aggregate of at least three-quarters in nominal value of the shares giving that right, that it is advisable that the company be voluntarily wound up, and that Donal Joseph Mulvaney, accountant, of Auckland, is hereby appointed provisional liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
