and its production to the middle of the Halswell River; thence northerly generally up the middle of that river to the middle of Lincoln-Taitapu Road; thence north-westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 13270; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary to and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of that lot, Lots 5, 4, and 3, D.P. 13270, Lot 3, D.P. 13659, Lot 2, D.P. 21713, Lot 2, D.P. 14543, along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 14543, and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 14543, and Lot 1, D.P. 13659, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the south-eastern boundary of part R.S. 1532 comprised in C.T. 143/247; thence north-easterly along that boundary and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of that part R.S. to its northernmost corner; thence north-westerly along a right line, aligned on the southernmost corner of Lot 10, D.P. 25267, to the middle of Prebbleton-Lincoln Road; thence north-easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 5775, comprised in C.T. 387/198; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 4 and 3, D.P. 25267, Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 23281, and part R.S. 3041 comprised in C.T. 155/179 and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of that part R.S. and its production to the middle of Weedons-Ross Road; thence north-westerly along the middle of that road to and south-westerly along the middle of Main South Road (No. 1 State Highway) and its production to the middle of the South Island Main Trunk Railway at approximately ¾ mile north-east of Rolleston Township and continuing south-westerly along the middle of that railway to the middle of Aylesbury and Burnham Road; thence northerly generally along the middle of that road, Sandy Knolls Road, Halkett Road, and Intake Road, to a point in line with the northern boundary of R.S. 12536; thence westerly to and along that boundary to the eastern boundary of R.S. 9616; thence northerly along that boundary and its production to the point of commencement.
