Notice is hereby given that the General Trust Board of the Diocese of Auckland has filed in the Supreme Court at Auckland a motion for order approving a scheme under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 for the administration and disposition of trust property held by it. The scheme relates to a fund of $150,155.00 as at the 31st day of March 1968 together with funds held by it since that date being three-quarters of the residuary estate of the late Thomas Granger. The funds are at present held in terms of a trust deed bearing date the 23rd day of October 1942 for the foundation or endowment of a home for boys to be called "The Granger Home for Boys". From and after the date of which the scheme is approved by an order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand the said fund shall be held upon the trusts and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the said scheme.

Notice is further given that the motion is to be heard at the Supreme Court at Auckland on Friday, the 6th day of September 1968, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and any person desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland and to the General Trust Board of the Diocese of Auckland at the office of the solicitors under-mentioned and to the Attorney General not less than seven clear days before the said date of hearing.
