CORRIGENDUM
IN the special order made by the Coromandel County Council altering riding boundaries and riding representation, published in the Gazette on 16 May 1968, No. 28, p. 799, in para. 4 the expression “(new name)”, where it appears after the words “Representing Colville Riding”, should be deleted as it does not appear in that place in the special order as made by that Council.
Crown Land Declared Soil-conservation Reserve in Block VIIIA, Waimata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 16 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be a soil-conservation reserve.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 538 acres 2 roods situated in Block VIIIA, Waimata Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 1. All certificate of title, Volume 112, folio 36, Gisborne Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of June 1968.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964 and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the establishment and development of the Turangi Township.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in the Wellington R.D., being part Waipapa 1E 2A, being also Lot 1, D.P. 17681. All certificate of title, Volume 687, folio 79, Wellington Land Registry.

Permanent State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the permanent State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as part henceforth of the Tararua State Forest Park proclaimed on the 5th day of September 1967.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNTY
SECTIONS 7 and 8, Block I, Tiffin Survey District: Area, 417 acres, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 279, folios 266 and 267 (S.O. plan 13850).
As shown on plan No. N 157/2 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

The Waitemata County Foreshores and Waters Control Order 1968

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of June 1968
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and, in relation to clause 3 (b) of the Order, on the request of the Waitemata County Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (1) This order may be cited as the Waitemata County Foreshores and Waters Control Order 1968.
(2) This order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
- In this order—
“The Act” means the Harbours Act 1950;
“The Council” means the Waitemata County Council;
“Foreshore” means such parts of the bed, shore, or banks of a tidal water as are covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide of ordinary spring tides;
