Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated 19 June 1967 and published in Gazette, 27 July 1967, No. 47, p. 1272, proclaiming land as road and road closed in Blocks II and III, New River Hundred, Southland County, by omitting therefrom the words “subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 88338, and subject to memorandum of priority No. 178221, Southland Land Registry, and subject also to section 59 of the Land Act 1948” and substituting the words “subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 178220 and 88338, Southland Land Registry, and subject also to section 59 of the Land Act 1948”.
