Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Taupo Borough Council
———
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for an aerodrome; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Taupo, in trust, for that purpose.

PURSUANT to section 16 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Wairoa Riding of the County of Wallace; the boundaries of the County of Wallace having been defined by notice given under the hand of the Secretary for Internal Affairs on 4 March 1968, and published in Gazette, 14 March 1968, No. 14, page 433; the previous boundaries of the riding and of the county having been altered by an Order in Council made on 19 October 1967, and published in Gazette, 26 October 1967, No. 68, page 1860.

BOUNDARIES OF WAIROA RIDING OF COUNTY OF WALLACE
ALL that land in the Wallace County, Southland Land District, commencing at a point on the south-west corner of the junction of the Otatau-Nightcaps Road and the Hundred Line Road; thence east along the south side of the Hundred Line Road, to and across the Aparima River and continuing east along the continuation of the Hundred Line Road, to a point in line with east boundary of Section 238, Block XXXIX, Taringatura Survey District; thence northerly and easterly along the eastern and southern boundaries of the Wallace County as described in Gazette, 1968, page 433, to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Block XVIII, Taringatura Survey District; thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of the aforesaid block to its junction with the Avondale-Castlerock Road and thence by a right line to a point on the centre line of the aforesaid road; thence westerly along the centre line of the aforesaid road to a point in line with the north-eastern corner of Section 298, Block XIII, Taringatura Survey District, thence by a right line to that point; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the aforesaid section 298 and that boundary produced to the left bank of the Aparima River; thence by a right line across the aforesaid river to the north-eastern most corner of run 595, Block XI, Wairaki Survey District; thence north-west and southerly generally along the northern and western boundaries of the aforesaid Run 595, to the north-western corner of Run 596, Block X, Wairaki Survey District; thence southerly generally along the western boundary of the aforesaid Run 596, to the north-easternmost corner of Section 85, Block XVI, Wairaki Survey District; thence southerly generally along the generally eastern boundary of the aforesaid Section 85 and that line produced to the centre line of Sheep Wash Road; thence westerly generally along the centre line of the aforesaid road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 86, Block XXVIII, Wairaki Survey District; thence southerly and westerly generally along the eastern and southern boundaries of the aforesaid Section 86, to the eastern boundary of Section 38, Block XXVIII, Wairaki Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid Section 38 to the northern boundary of Section 36, Block XXVIII aforesaid, thence east, and south along the northern and eastern boundaries of Section 36 aforesaid, and that line produced to the centre line of a public road forming part of the east boundary of the aforesaid Section 36; thence southerly along the centre line of the aforesaid road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 159, Block IV, Wairio Survey District; thence west and south along the north and west boundaries of the aforesaid Section 159 to the south-western corner thereof, which is a point on the Wairio Stream; thence southerly generally along the centre line of the aforesaid stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of part Section 4, Block VII, Village of Morley; thence easterly along that boundary and that boundary produced to the east side of Osborne Terrace; thence southerly along the east side of the aforesaid terrace to the northern side of State Highway No. 96, thence south-easterly along the north-easterly side of the aforesaid State highway to a point in line with the north-eastern corner of Lamont Terrace thence by a right line across the aforesaid State highway to the north-eastern corner of Lamont Terrace; thence southerly along the eastern side of Lamont Terrace to the south-western corner of section 4, Block III, Village of Morley; thence east along the south boundary of Section 4 aforesaid and that line produced to the centre line of the Wairio Stream; thence southerly along the centre line of the Wairio Stream to its intersection with the centre line of the Nightcaps-Wairio Road; thence south-east along the centre line of the aforesaid road to a point in line with the west side of the Otatau-Nightcaps Road; thence southerly generally by a right line to and along the west side of the aforesaid road, and the Waikouro-Wairio Road to a point in line with the south side of Woodlaw Road; thence south-east by a right line to and along the south side of Woodlaw Road to the north-west side of the Otatau-Nightcaps Road; thence southerly generally along the west side of the aforesaid road and that side produced to the point of commencement.
