PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road and (b) stops the said pieces of road.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those portions of road situated in Block VIII, Clyde Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

ALL that portion of Crater Road situated in Block XIII, Ruawahlia Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the north-west corner of Section 43, Block XIII, Ruawahlia Survey District, and thence proceeding easterly and then north-easterly for a distance of approximately 110 chains and terminating at a point 40 chains north-east of the northern corner of Section 43 of the aforesaid Block XIII; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22214 (S.O. 43974) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

ALL that portion of Puaiti Road and Te Kopia Road, situated in Block VIII, Ngongotaha Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at the north-western corner of Section 4, Block VIII, Ngongotaha Survey District and thence proceeding in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 25 chains; thence easterly for a distance of approximately 75 chains; and thence north-easterly for a distance of approximately 27 chains and terminating at a point on the south-eastern boundary of Section 4 of the aforesaid Block VIII; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22247 (S.O. 42947) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington; and thereon coloured red and marked D-E; coloured burnt sienna and marked E-F; and coloured red and marked F-G.
