Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Otago
Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Lands (being the Minister charged with the administration of the Department of State having the control of the land of the Crown affected by this Proclamation), hereby revoke the Proclamation issued on the 19th day of December 1957*, declaring an area of land in the Greenvale Survey District, in the Otago Acclimatisation District, to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, as shown on plan marked I.A. 52/221 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of June 1968.

Land Taken for Street Purposes in the City of Auckland

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1968.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 1.4 Part Allotment 64, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
0 0 6.5 Part Allotment 64, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22200 (S.O. 45586) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of May 1968.

of Main Sewerage Works for the Auckland Metropolitan
Drainage District in the Borough of Mount Roskill

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of and incidental to the provision of main sewerage works for the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1968.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 16.5 perches situated in Block VIII, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, North Auckland R.D., and being part of the land on D.P. 8985, being part of Allotment 23, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21915 (S.O. 45250) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Dated at Wellington this 4th day of June 1968.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of July 1968.
