ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s
Bay County, bounded by a line commencing at the inter-
section of the sea coast and the northern boundary of Lot
2, D.P. 6789, in Block III, Kidnapper Survey District; then
westerly generally along the northern boundaries of Lot 2 and
Lot 1, D.P. 6789, and its production to the middle of the Marae-
totara River; then down the middle of that river to a
point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
7681; then south-westerly generally to and along the north-
western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 7681, and of
Section 14, Block IV, Kidnapper Survey District, and the
production of that boundary to the eastern boundary of part
Lot 1, D.P. 4050; then northerly generally along that
boundary, the eastern boundaries of part Lot 3, D.P. 4050,
Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 3450, the abutment of a public road, the
western boundaries of Section 23, Block I, Kidnapper Survey
District, and Section 17, Block III, Clive Survey District,
to the north-western boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 4034;
then south-westerly along that boundary and its production
to the middle of the Te Mata-Mangateretere Road; then
south-easterly along the middle of that road to its intersection
with the middle line of Thompson Road; then south-
westerly and north-westerly along the middle of that road
to its intersection with the middle of the Mangateretere-
Havelock North Road; then northerly along the middle
of that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary
of Lot 5, D.P. 434; then north-westerly to and along that
boundary and its production to the middle of the old bed
of the Ngaruroro River; then northerly generally along
the middle of that old bed to and up the middle of the
Ngaruroro River to the middle of the Farndon-Pakipaki
Road; then north-easterly along the middle of that road
to its intersection with the middle line of the Waiohiki-
Pakowhai Road; then north-westerly along the middle of
that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of
the part of Subdivision 1, Pakowhai Maori Reserve, taken
for river works as shown on S.O. 4462; then easterly to
and along that boundary and its production to the middle of
the Tutaekuri Waimate Stream; then up the middle of that
stream to a point due south of the intersection of the left
bank of the Tutaekuri Waimate Stream and the north-
western boundary of Section 1, Block XII, Heretaunga Survey
District; then due north along a right line to the north-
western boundary of Section 1, Block XII, Heretaunga Survey
District; then north-easterly along that boundary to the
south-western side of the Waiohiki-Pakowhai Road; then
south-easterly along the south-western side of that road to
a point in line with the middle line of Brookfields Road;
then north-easterly to and along the middle of that road
to its junction with the middle of a public road which
forms the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot
13, D.P. 9597; then north-easterly and north-westerly along
the middle of that road to a point in the middle of the
Tutaekuri River; then down the middle of that river to a
point in the middle of the road bridge in Block I, Clive
Survey District; then due east along a right line from
that point to the sea coast; then south-easterly and south-
westerly generally along the sea coast to the point of
commencement.

Mosstown Riding of the County of Waitotara Defined

———

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as
set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the City of
Wanganui, the County of Waitotara, and the Mosstown
Riding of the County of Waitotara, the previous boundaries
having been altered by Order in Council, made on 13 March
1967, and published in Gazette, 16 March 1967, No. 16, page
371.

BOUNDARIES OF CITY OF WANGANUI

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by a
line commencing at a point on the sea coast in line with the
north-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 24067, in
Block IV, Westmere Survey District, and proceeding generally
easterly to and along the said boundaries, the north-western
and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 21618, the
north-eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 21618, the
abutment of Karaka Street, the south-western, north-western,
and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 519, D.P. 4912, the
north-eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, D.P.
