Bone, and Cowell, solicitors for the Board at their legal

CITY OF PAPATOETOE
SPECIAL ORDER—CONSOLIDATED SPECIAL RATES
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by
section 108A of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 as enacted
by section 10 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act
1959, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the
Papatoetoe City Council hereby resolves by way of special
order that instead of levying the special rates specified in the
Schedule hereto, a uniform consolidated special rate of point
nine four six four four cents (.94644c) in the dollar ($) on
all rateable property within the City of Papatoetoe be and the
same is hereby made an annually recurring rate for the purposes of paying the annual charges plus 10 percent thereof
payable in respect of the loans secured by those special rates
and the Papatoetoe City Council hereby further resolves that
the consolidated special rate shall be payable in one sum on
the 1st day of August in each year at the City Council Office,
St. George Street, Papatoetoe, to George Henry Mills Green,
City Treasurer, or at such other place or to such other person
for the time being authorised by the Council.

WAIRAO COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP ROAD
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of
the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, notice is
hereby given that the Wairoa County Council proposes to stop
certain portions of a road particulars whereof are set forth
in the Schedule hereto and a plan whereof is deposited in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier. A copy of the said plan
is also deposited at the office of the Wairoa County Council
situated at Queen Street, Wairoa, and may be inspected
without fee during ordinary office hours. Any person having
any objection to the proposed stopping is requested to lodge
his objection at the office of the Wairoa County Council
within 40 days after the first publication of this notice.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 3 roods 8 perches being
part Tawapata North No. 2, Subdivision 3A 1, situated in
Block VII, Mahia Survey District, being part of the land in
certificate of title, H.B. Volume 88, folio 266 (Hawke's Bay
Registry), shown on Survey Office Plan No. 5866 and thereon
coloured green which said parcel of land is situated in the
Tawapata North No. 2 Subdivision on the eastern side of
the Mahia Peninsula.

been classified under the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control
Act 1941, and the classification is deemed a valid classification
as from the date on which this notice was first published in
newspapers circulating in the district, namely, the 17th day of
June 1968.
