Inspector of Narcotics Appointed

Pursuant to section 13 (1) of the Narcotics Act 1965, the Minister of Health hereby revokes the Warrant of appointment of Ralph Emerson Drayton as an inspector under the Narcotics Act 1965, published in the Gazette on 24 November 1966 at page 1955, and in lieu thereof hereby authorises Ian Karl Magon, an officer of the Department of Health, to enter the premises of any person who carries on the business of a producer, manufacturer, seller, or distributor of any narcotic, or who otherwise undertakes the supply or administration of any narcotic, and to demand the production of, and to inspect, any books or documents relating to dealings in any narcotic, and to inspect, weigh, measure, and record the stocks of narcotics.

Appointment of Hauraki Catchment Board to Control and Manage Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

the Hauraki Catchment Board
