Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Bombay Substation) in Block IX, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Bombay Substation).


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 17.3 perches situated in Block IX, Opaheke Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 86, Suburban Section 3, Parish of Opaheke; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22118 (S.O. 45795) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of May 1968.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Lyttelton

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Lyttelton Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land allocated to street:

A. R. P. Railway land being
0 2 32.1 Part Lot 1, D.P. 24471 (C.T. 6c/1421). Situated in the Lyttelton Borough (S.O. 10975).

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 22599 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of June 1968.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Auckland-Onehunga Branch) and the land taken in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street diversion in connection therewith.

For Street Diversion

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 0 2.2} Portions of Railway land in Proclamation No.
0 0 3.7} 784; coloured yellow.

Both situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga (S.O. 45474).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 22597 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of June 1968.
