Declaring Land Taken for Road, and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XI, Tapapa Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road from and after the 10th day of June 1968.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hawke’s Bay from and after the 10th day of June 1968.
