Declaring Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of Whangarei and Whangarei County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, excepting thereout all mines and minerals in and under one undivided half share thereof excepted and reserved by conveyance 254169, is hereby taken subject to the mining easements created by conveyance 254169 for a secondary school and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, excepting thereout all mines and minerals in and under one undivided half share thereof excepted and reserved by conveyance 278170, is hereby taken subject to the mining easements created by conveyance 278170 for a secondary school, from and after the 10th day of June 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 16 acres 1 rood 38.2 perches situated in Block V, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County, North Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 107 and part Allotment 108, Whangarei Parish; coloured yellow on plan.
