NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to
me pursuant to section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 by
the Church Property Trustees, being the registered proprietor
of all those parcels of land containing 1 rood 10.75 perches,
more or less, situated in the City of Christchurch being Town
Section 742 and parts Town Sections 740 and 744, being all
the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 240, folio
4, and Volume 216, folio 218, and the New Zealand Refrigerating Co. Ltd., being the registered proprietor of all that parcel
of land containing 21.8 perches, more or less situated in the
City of Christchurch being part Town Section 744 being the
whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 216, folio 215,
that I enter memorials first upon the said certificates of title
more particularly mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, to
the effect that the right of way and rights to erect and maintain down pipes and sumps and to maintain a chimney
created by the transfers specified in the Second Schedule
hereto, and second upon the said certificates of title more
particularly mentioned in the Third Schedule hereto, to the
effect that the party wall easements created by the transfer
specified in the Fourth Schedule hereto have been determined
or extinguished as between the said certificates of title more
particularly mentioned in the said First Schedule hereto, and
that it is my intention so to do unless caveat forbidding the
same be lodged with me within 1 month from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
