Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated 4 December 1967, published in Gazette, 25 January 1968, No. 4, page 81, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 734718, by omitting therefrom the words: "shall vest in Allan Evan MacLean, of Birdgrove, farmer, and Vida Mary Katie MacLean, of Wanganui, spinster, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 651251, Wellington Land Registry"; and substituting the words: "shall vest in Allan Evan MacLean, of Birdgrove, farmer, and Vida Mary Katie MacLean, of Wanganui, spinster, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 651251, Wellington Land Registry".
