Appointment of Members of Rangiaohia Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Eric Burgess Hodgson

to be a member of the Rangiaohia Domain Board, South Auckland Land District, Waipa County, in place of Edward Allington Spiers, deceased, and, further, increases the total number of members of the said Rangiaohia Domain Board from seven to eight and appoints

Walter Raymond Johnson

as the additional member of the Board.

Appointment of the Hauraki Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a soil conservation and river control reserve.

Declaration That a Reserve be a Scenic Reserve and Appointment of Scenic Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for scenic purposes described in the Schedule hereto to be a Scenic Reserve subject to Part IV of the said Act and to be known as the Barr’s Falls Scenic Reserve and, further, appoints the South East Otago Scenic Board to have control of the said reserve.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 6) 1968

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 6) 1968.

(b) This notice shall come into force on 1 July 1968.

  1. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, and goods of the classes specified in the Second Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
