CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice dated the 27th day of February 1968 and published in Gazette, 28 March 1968, No. 17, page 504, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, for the description of the first area of the Schedule thereto which reads: “Lot D.P. 45446”, read: “Lot 30, D.P. 45446”, which last-mentioned description appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Land Taken for Resubdivision and Improvement in a Reclamation Area (Proclaimed Under Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945) in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area (proclaimed under Part II of the Housing Improvement Act 1945) and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of June 1968.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto as permanent State forest land.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
FRANKLIN COUNTY
ALLOTMENT 372, Waiuku West Parish, situated in Block VI, Maioro Survey District: Area, 35 acres and 3 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. N51/8, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 45536).
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
FRANKLIN COUNTY
ALLOTMENT 373, Waiuku West Parish, situated in Block VI, Maioro Survey District: Area, 39.4 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. N51/9, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 45308).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of May 1968.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act, 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
