LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicates of the certificates of title and memorandum of mortgage in the Schedule below having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of new certificates of title and a provisional memorandum of mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title and provisional memorandum of mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

CERTIFICATE of title, Volume 913, folio 200, containing 32 perches, more or less, being lot 14 on Deposited Plan 35340 (Town of Takapuna, Extension 211), and being part of Allotment 258 of the Parish of Takapuna, in the name of James Thomson, of Auckland, carpenter (application No. A 283191).

Certificate of title, Volume 1B folio 686, containing 1 rood 2.1 perches, more or less, being part Lot 44 on Deposited Plan 38822 and being part Allotment 250, Parish of Waikomiti, in the name of Thomas Barbour Kennaway, of Auckland, mechanic, and Roma Beryl Kennaway, his wife (application No. A 283962).

Mortgage No. 506718 of certificate of title, Volume 1B folio 686, in the name of Cornelis Nicolaas Baalbergen, of Auckland, manager, and Gysbertje Maria Baalbergen, his wife (application No. A 283963).

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 388, folio 12 (Wellington Registry), in the name of Roland Rogers and Ruby Lucy Rogers, being the registered proprietors of all that parcel of land containing 29.2 perches, more or less, situate in the Borough of Lower Hutt being part of Section 35, Hutt District, and being also Lot 18 on Deposited Plan No. 7177 being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 388, folio 12 (Wellington Registry), and also of memorandum of mortgage 640668 whereof Frances Emma Rowling, Oscar Rowling, and Graeme James Kirkland were the mortgagees and application 742767 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
