PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated 14 September 1967 published in Gazette, 12 October 1967, No. 64, page 1774, setting apart Crown land for Road in Block VI, Waitakere Survey District, and for a gravel pit in Block XVI, Orikaka Survey District, Buller County, by adding the words “square 139” after the words “Section 8” in the Second Schedule of the notice.
