HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lane described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council be vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau and be under the control and management of the Manukau City Council.

ALL that piece of land containing 25.4 perches situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 18, D.P. 57785. Part certificate of title, Volume 1555, folio 28, North Auckland Land Registry.

Adding Land to Abel Tasman National Park

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Abel Tasman National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Abel Tasman National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

The Waitemata Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Waitemata Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968.

Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Waitemata Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”) is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines, and to construct electric works within the areas of supply described in paragraphs (1) and (3) of the Schedule hereto and to construct and use the lines described in paragraphs (2), (4), and (6) of the Schedule and to construct and use electric works on the island mentioned in paragraph (5) of the Schedule.

The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof, or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (j) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967. The system of supply authorised under paragraph (j) aforesaid shall be a single conductor alternating current earth-return system. The use of the earth-return system of supply shall be subject to such terms and conditions as are from time to time laid down by the General Manager of the New Zealand Electricity Department.

This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined continue in force until the 10th day of February 1988.
SCHEDULE
- The Waitemata Electric Power District and outer area of such district, as defined by Proclamations dated the 15th day of October 1923, the 25th day of November 1924, the 29th day of November 1924, the 25th day of August 1926, the 2nd day of March 1929, the 17th day of January 1935, and the 1st day of April 1954, and published in the Gazette on the 18th day of October 1923, the 27th day of November 1924, the 4th day of December 1924, the 26th day of August 1926, the 7th day of March 1929, the 24th day of January 1935, and the 14th day of April 1954 respectively.
- A submarine cable and associated electric works for the supply of electrical energy by the systems of supply hereinbefore described leading from the shore of Mullet Bay in Block XII, Mahurangi Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction to Goat Island in Blocks II and V, Kawau Survey District, and thence in a south-easterly direction to a point on the western shore of Kawau Island near Momona Point, the route of the said cable being more particularly delineated by means of a red line on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 600 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.
- Lines and associated electric works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electrical energy on and about Kawau Island.
- A submarine cable for the transmission of electrical energy running from the east coast of Whangaparaoa Peninsula, Block II, Tiri Tiri Survey District, in an easterly direction to the west coast of Tiri Tiri-Matangi Island, Block III, Tiri Tiri Survey District, thence by underground cable in a generally north-easterly and thence south-easterly direction, the said cables being more particularly shown by means of a red line on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 755 and deposited as aforesaid.
- Lines and associated electric works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electrical energy on and about Tiri Tiri-Matangi Island as shown on plan marked N.Z.E.D. 763 deposited as aforesaid.
- A submarine cable for the transmission of electrical energy commencing from the Takapuna Beach at a point in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction to Rangitoto Beacon, off Rangitoto Island, Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, as shown by means of a line coloured black on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 762 deposited as aforesaid.
