Notice of Meeting of Creditors

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Arawa Engineering Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), pursuant to section 362 (8), notice is hereby given that the shareholders of the company have, on Friday, 3 May 1968, by extraordinary resolution resolved that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that a meeting of the creditors be held at the offices of Nielsen and Nielsen, 117 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, on the 13th day of May 1968 at 3 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

A creditor may attend and vote in person or by proxy. Forms of general and special proxies have been mailed to all known creditors. All proxies shall be lodged at the registered office of the company, care Messrs Nielsen and Nielsen, 117 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, not later than 10 a.m. on Monday, 13 May 1968.
