EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 217, folio 298 (Wellington Registry), in the name of Jack Murray, being the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 20.1 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington being part of Town Section 442 and being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 2703, together with right of way over part of Section 443 and other parts of the said Section 442 delineated and marked "Private Right of Way" "Maurice Terrace" on the said Deposited Plan and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 217, folio 298 (Wellington Registry), and application 742967 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
