A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of May 1968.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 29.3 perches situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 25887; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22122 (S.O. 45694) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
