Appointment of Air Services Licensing Authority

Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Air Services Licensing Act 1951, as amended by section 2 (1) of the Air Services Licensing Amendment Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Air Commodore R. J. Cohen, C.B.E., A.F.C., as a member of the Air Services Licensing Authority for a term ending on 31 December 1969.

Board Appointed to Have Control of Nelson Lakes National Park

Pursuant to section 18 of the National Parks Act 1952, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Nelson Land District, ex officio, Eric Thomas Chittenden, Donald Douglas Cummings, Richard Spencer Duncan, Ross Smith Macarthur, Arthur James McCaa, Nolan Bayden Oxnam, William George Parkes, and Eric Harold Peat to be the Nelson Lakes National Park Board, having the control and management of the Nelson Lakes National Park, the members of such Board to hold office for a term of three years from the date hereof.

Pursuant to section 18 of the National Parks Act 1952, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Otago Land District, ex officio; John Charlton Aspinall, Bruce William Campbell, Andrew Robert Craigie, Graham Norman Ellis, Walter Scott Gilkison, Maxwell Kershaw, Kevin Nolan, and Thomas James Thomson to be the Mount Aspiring National Park Board, having the control and management of the Mount Aspiring National Park, the members of such Board to hold office for a term of three years from the date hereof.

Reservation of Land and Appointment to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for Plunket Rooms.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children (Blenheim Branch) Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for Plunket Rooms.

Reservation of Land and Appointment to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a plunket clinic and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 appoints the Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and Children (Ashburton Branch) Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a plunket clinic and subject to the following conditions:

(1) That the Society shall not erect or suffer to be erected any fences on the said land without the prior written consent of the Canterbury Education Board.
(2) That the Society shall not carry out any landscaping of the land surrounding the plunket rooms to be erected on the said land, without the prior permission of the Canterbury Education Board or its representatives.
