THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Register 249, folio
149 (Canterbury Registry), for 17.4 perches, or thereabouts,
being part Lot 7 on Deposited Plan 2539, part of Rural Section
15837, in the name of Bart Huia Dean, of New Brighton,
grocer, and mortgage No. 73097, in the name of the Prudential Building and Investment Society of Canterbury,
affecting the said land, having been lodged with me together
with an application No. 734670 for the issue of a new certificate of title and register a discharge of the said mortgage
without production of the outstanding copy in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952.

Notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new
certificate of title and register such discharge upon the
expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.
