PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school
from and after the 29th day of April 1968.

road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of a road and shall vest
in the Chairman, Councillors, an Inhabitants of the County
of Southland from and after the 29th day of April 1968.

District, Waitemata County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the Declaration dated the 30th day
of October 1967, and published in the Gazette, 2 November
1967, No 69, page 1899, taking land for road and for better
utilisation in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Waite-
mata County, in so far as it affects the land described in the
Schedule hereto.
