Notice of Meeting of Creditors
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of D. P. Baylis Construction Co. Ltd., notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 11th day of April 1968 passed the following resolution:

“That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr Eric Robinson Neal be nominated as liquidator.”

A meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Board Room, Chapman House, Main Street, Upper Hutt, on Friday, the 19th day of April 1968, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of the New Zealand Wool Industries Research Institute (Inc.) in voluntary liquidation; members’ winding up, and appointment of liquidator.

At a special general meeting of the above-named incorporated society, duly convened and held at Christchurch on the 26th day of March 1968, the following special resolution was duly passed, viz:

“That the New Zealand Wool Industries Research Institute (Inc.) be wound up as at 31 March 1968, and that its assets at that date, after payment of its liabilities, be transferred to the Wool Research Organisation of New Zealand (Inc.) in terms of Rule 74.”
