EVIDENCE of the loss of deferred payment licence Volume 959, folio 185 (South Auckland Registry), for 52 acres, more or less, being Sections 15 and 16, Taniwha Settlement, in the name of John Walter Sherson, of Te Kauwhata, farmer, having been lodged with me together with an application S. 401366 to register a certificate by the Commissioner of Crown Lands under section 116, Land Act 1948, notice is hereby given of my intention to dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate of the deferred payment licence and to register the certificate upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
