Kaipara Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
1953 and it is desired to vary the same:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives
notice as follows.

This notice may be cited as the Kaipara Development
Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1. -
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto. -
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

PURSUANT to section 86 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration
of the Whakatane Waterfront Workers Industrial Union of
Workers, Registered No. 2032, situated at Whakatane, will,
unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the
expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities
Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the
