Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health gives notice that Thomas William Milliken, M.B., CH.B(N.Z.), F.R.C.S.(ENG.), F.R.C.S.(EDIN.), F.R.A.C.S., of Colombo Mansions, 867 Colombo Street, Christchurch, has notified the Minister that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided for in section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964, and consequently he is entitled to recover fees in respect of his professional services as if that Act had not been passed.
