Amending a Declaration Taking Land (Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights) for a Public School in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the Declaration made pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, dated 9 February 1967 and published in Gazette, 2 March 1967, No. 13, at page 312, declaring land taken for a public school in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County, first by deleting from the Schedule thereto the words “part land on D.P. 26024” and substituting the words “part Allotment 209, Parish of Takapuna”, and secondly by deleting from the said Schedule the words “M.O.W. 20877” and substituting the words “M.O.W. 21869”.
