EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of lease
17924, whereof Ira Vivien Walker Robertson, of Rotorua,
married woman, is the lessee, affecting one rood 10 perches
(1r. 10p.), more or less, situated in the Borough of Rotorua
and being part Section 51 of Block IV, Horohoro Survey
District, and being all the land in leasehold certificate of title,
Volume 903, folio 284 (South Auckland Registry), having
been lodged with me together with an application S. 393538
to register a merger of the said lease in the fee simple of the
land, notice is hereby given of my intention to dispense with
the production of the outstanding duplicate of the said lease
in terms of section 44, Land Transfer Act 1952 and to
register the said merger on the expiration of 14 days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Waihi, widow, having been lodged with me together with an
application S. 393756 to issue a provisional residence site
licence in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention
to issue a provisional residence site licence on the expiration
