for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Ngaruawahia

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 6
and 21, to the building line restriction imposed by S. 385410,
South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes
from and after the 22nd day of January 1968.

Revoking in Part a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for
Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Ngaruawahia

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 24th day
of February 1965, published in Gazette, 11 March 1965,
Volume I, page 317 and registered in the Land Registry Office
at Hamilton as No. S. 308967, declaring land taken for
Maori housing purposes in the Borough of Ngaruawahia, in
so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
